Either there is no communication between your computer and the Floppy drive, or
There is no disk in the drive.
Make sure that there is a disk in the Floppy drive
Check that specified path is correct. The normal path is A:\ Click on the Browse button and then double click on the Floppy drive in the browse for folder window.
Try to save a Word document to test that the Floppy drive is working.
Close EasyBooks. Insert the disk that you want to backup onto, double click on the My Computer icon, right click on the icon for your Floppy drive and left click on Format. Click Start, then OK, then Close. Now open EasyBooks and exit, making a backup.
