Important End of Life Notice for EasyBooks  

EasyBooks Announcement – October 1st 2018

It is with regret that management has made the difficult decision to close EasyBooks effective 31st March, 2019. We apologise for any inconvenience this necessary action may cause and we wish to thank our user base for their ongoing loyalty and support.

Since the release of the more recent operating system environments, EasyBooks support has become increasingly challenging to resolve the many and varied compatibility scenarios that have needed to be accommodated. Further operating system releases could render the product unusable.

Effective 1st October 2018, the Easybooks product suite will transition to end of life status. This impacts all versions of Easybooks including the standard and professional versions.

From 1st October 2018, both ‘renewal’ and ‘update’ subscriptions will no longer be available, nor will any further licenses be issued.

All current support renewals (including ‘Update Only’ Support), will be honoured for twelve months from the date of last renewal irrespective of closure on 31st March 2019.

We strongly suggest that all users of the software plan to move to a new solution prior to their existing support lapsing after their twelve month renewal period.
