I cannot email my Invoices

With EasyBooks versions 11.04 and greater, there is functionality to email your invoice directly to your client from the EasyBooks Invoice screen.

To do this you first need to click on the Print/Post button after you have entered your invoicing details.  If you do not want to print a copy of the invoice, click the cancel button on your printers dialogue box when it appears on the screen.
The Email button will now become active (black text) and you can email the invoice.

The email function requires you to set up some additional information:

  • You must set up your email and smtp address on the User Details screen
  • You must have your clients email address in the Customer Details Screen
