One of the following messages may appear when downloading an EasyBooks Upgrade:
The Requested URL/easy5504.html was not found on this server
A 404 Not Found Error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request
You may have an old download file still stored in your temporary Internet files from previously downloading software from the EasyBooks website.
Delete the Temporary Internet files from your computer.
If you are unsure how to delete the files, consult the Help files that came with your version of your Internet Browser.
