a) easyCARE
For $149 (inc GST) annually you will receive:
- Unlimited, friendly 0800 support
- 95% of all queries are resolved during the phone call.
- Free product upgrades and enhancements*
- Major releases, minor upgrades, improvements – all yours so you stay up to date with government requirements and best practices.
- Priority response to support emails
- Emails can provide clear, concise information for support requests; our team responds to support emails promptly and most queries are resolved quickly.
- Discounts on training courses so you can stay up to date for a fraction of the cost.
b) Update Service
For $99 (inc GST) annually you will receive:
- Free product upgrades and enhancements*
- Major releases, minor upgrades, improvements – all yours so you stay up to date with government requirements and best practices.
Casual Support
Casual Support is provided via our 0900 54 322 Help Desk service during normal business hours at $2.95 incl GST per minute.
Program upgrades and enhancements can be purchased separately at $99 incl GST per upgrade by phoning 09 985 8046.
